Tour to New York and Niagara Falls
Pictures from a tour to New York and to Niagara Falls in 1996 captured from an old video tape, since no regular pictures were taken during that trip.
Pictures from the top of the Empire State Building after the sunset, during a very cold night of mid-November.
Trip to the World Trade Center and pictures taken from the top of a tower. The top-right picture has noise because of the signal from the big antenna on the other tower.
Picture of Manhattan taken from the ferry to the Statue of Liberty and the statue itself.
Hiking in New York City you will probably meet many squirrels: they live in green areas of the downtown and they are usually very friendy, accepting food from human's hands.
During my stay in New York City, I take the opportunity to take a day trip to Niagara Falls by joining one of the many all-inclusive tour packages offered through most hotels. In these pictures: Niagara Falls from the USA side and a famous resturant on the top of a tower.
Photos of Niagara Falls from the Canada side.
Visiting Niagara Falls in winter can be spectacular thanks to the ice formed by the water sprays (yes, the ice on the ground and on the trees is not actually snow, but freezing fog from the waterfall)
