Tour to Chobe National Park in Botswana: "the elephant kingdom"
15 and 16 August 2006
Game drives to Chobe National Park hosting the largest concentration of elephants in Botswana. But elephants are not the only animals seen during a safari in Chobe, because this national park is also home to giraffes, antelopes, crocodiles, african fishing eagles, mongooses and much more! Furthermore, in Chobe I've spotted the most beautiful baobabs of the entire trip in Botswana.
The campsite in Chobe National Park, set in a reserved space of the park.
Normally, in the wet season and up to a few months after, this plain is completely fooded. But now, only few water is remaining in the Chobe river and some small pool. Is here that most animals concentrate to drink.
